1. Log in to the Nexio dashboard
2. On the bottom left, click Settings
3. Go to the User Management tab
4. Click Add New User
5. Enter the user’s details:
   • Email: use the email provided by DisputeNinja
6. Click on Account Role
7. Choose the Standard Role
8. Click Add
