# Nexio

> Connect your Nexio account to DisputeNinja to automate chargeback handling.

1. **Log in** to the Nexio dashboard
2. On the bottom left, click **Settings**
3. Go to the **User Management** tab
4. Click **Add New User**
5. **Enter the user's details**:
   * Email: *use the email provided by DisputeNinja*
6. Click on **Account Role**
7. Choose the **Standard Role**
8. Click **Add**
