# Maverick

> Connect your Maverick account to DisputeNinja to automate chargeback handling.

1. Go to the **Users** page in your Maverick dashboard
2. Click `Options > New User`
3. **Enter the user's information**:
   * Email: *use the email provided by DisputeNinja*
4. **Set the role**:
   * Change the Role to `Outside Agent`
5. **Create a password** for the user
   * You’ll need to share this password with DisputeNinja
6. Click **Submit**
