# Elavon

> Connect your Elavon account to DisputeNinja to automate chargeback handling.

1. **Go to**: `Account > User` in your Payments Insider dashboard
2. Click on **"Users"** in the left-hand menu
3. On the User Information screen, click the **"Users"** tab
4. Click **"add a new user"**
5. **Enter the user's information**:
   * Email: *use the email provided by DisputeNinja*

6. Click **Assign Locations**
7. **Select the account(s)** this user should access:
   * To give full access, check the box labeled **"All"**
   * Or, choose specific locations by selecting individual checkboxes
8. **Assign a role**:
   * At the top, click the **Employee** tab
9. Click **Add** to complete the setup
